This is an in-person 2 hour event that includes sound bath therapy, meditation, journaling and energy healing. 

Soothing tones & harmonic vibrations of crystal bowls, drums, & tuning forks to induce a peaceful healing meditative state.

While these tones enter into your cellular structure you will also receive a blend of Reiki and energy work modalities to bring healing and activations.

Please bring: eye mask blanket/pillow, water, and an open heart. ♥
